    New Leaf did two projects: replace basement stairway and build furnace room. They routinely messed up (water leak in basement leaving us without water for hours, walls aren't straight, they replaced stair treads due to being miscut, drywall was poorly puttied, and I had to ride them just to actually finish the projects.) Workers often left dangerous materials in yard & basement after hours despite contract stating that they wouldn't (we have kid & dogs). Project took a week extra due so many mistakes. Despite being paid on time &in full owner continues to gossip about us. SO unprofessional.

    I apologize that we did not fully meet your expectations. I feel that went above and beyond to meet your unusual, but understandable requests and am sorry that we broke the water line. As explained at the time of the break, the water line was more than 100 years old and very brittle. I thought that upgrading the line at no charge was enough to make up for the two hours that you did not have access to water and am sorry that the free repair was not enough. I am also sorry that you felt that you had to ride us just to finish the job. We were on site every single day from the start of the job to completion and made many after hours visits.
