Very nice young man. Very professional . Next day Quote . Best price of four different quotes I received from others. Work was full replacement of outdoor service lines. Weather was cold but he showed up when promised and did the job. He will be our new family Electrician for sure.

Nick Moniz came quickly to the house, even though he was given short notice, and took care of the work, while fixing some other problems that were created by some hack electrician before I had even bought the house. (Side note, since buying the house, there has been many problems done by amateur individuals). After the problem was fixed, I noticed that my heat was not working when trying to use my heat the weekend after he had come to the house, I test my heat and change my smoke detector batteries every Columbus Day and had used my heat within the week prior to his visit on November 1st. After calling in a plumber, it was found that the wires to the thermostat had been cut. I called Mr. Moniz on this problem and asked if there had been something that he or his apprentice had done. Instead of trying to rectify the problem or taking responsibility for a possible mistake, Mr. Moniz became combative on the phone and insisted that I was lying to him and that there was someone else who had cut the wires and questioned me about actually testing my heat. I was also told that I had brought in other electricians into the house who had cut the wires. Mr. Moniz and his apprentice were the ONLY individuals who had been left alone in my basement at any point of me owning the property. Any other contractor that was brought in for quotes were never left alone. I was also questioned to why I had not brought him back out after seeing that I had no heat, but I'm not sure why I would have bought out an electrician for a heating job, little did I know that there was a wire cut. Seems to me like he knew something. At the end of the conversation, while Mr. Moniz continued to take an attitude on the phone throughout the conversation, he asked "What do you want to do about it?" I was offered a discount on a future service. I will not be giving him any more business.

Nick responded immediately with a quote to upgrade the service in my home and completed the work in a very timely fashion. He takes pride in his work and is priced fairly. I would recommend him. He's my electrician from now on!
