Norato Construction was quick to respond and we set up an appointment for the next day. When the tech (David) came to investigate the cause of the leak and estimate the price he took pictures of where the rain was getting in and where it was going. David took pictures of everything. David went onto the roof to see if there was any damage there. Fortunately nothing was broken or needed replacing. A strong wind must have blown my dryer vent over and the rain was getting in at the exposed area. David told us what the problem was and the price to do the job. I was blown away by the reasonable rate and the fact that he could complete the job same day. He finished the job we paid him and was very happy with his work. David was very professional, polite, and friendly. He answered the many questions we had without a problem. The second company called us back two days later, the last company never called back. I am proud to add Norato to the list of trusted helpers to keep my home in tip top shape. Thank you, Home Advisor.

contractor seemed to be honest with initial assessment and did the work as promise. However. since the original problem was a leaking roof, it probably will take a little time to determine if leaks were stopped. (probably after some hard rains). Hopefully all is well.

The quote did not inflate it to be a larger repair than needed. The work was done immediately.

Responded within the hour of first notice. Met me next day to review. Did thorough assessment to include crawling up in very tight attic. Found source of leak and completed repair within two days. Price was a bit higher than anticipated. However, the quick and thorough response was well worth the extra. When I have a need again, David will be my first call.

We were very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy of Norato Construction and Roofing. David completed the work exactly as described. The pricing was very reasonable. We had previously obtained estimates for the work to be completed and Norato came in right on the mark.
