Very Expensive, took pictures of my house without my permission and very rude when I cancelled my service

Jasmine was fantastic! I used her for my move-out clean. Jasmine was quick to respond, accommodating to my schedule, relatively affordable, and left the place cleaner than it was when I moved in. I pulled my bad shoulder while hauling out old furniture and trash and Jasmine even agreed to finish hauling everything for a small fee. She spent several hours more than originally intended and didn't charge me extra for it. She even checked in on me a couple times after my move out to see if the apartment complex had any negative comments upon move-out inspection. I couldn't recommend Jasmine more!

The owner, Jasmine showed up and even called to let me know she was coming. She did a thorough job. This was my FIRST time ever having my house cleaned by a professional. (WHAT TOOK ME SO LONG?) Anyway, after having a lot of demo and reconstruction done to our home, I went to ANGI online to find someone who could specifically help with the after-demo-construction dust cleanup. Dust and grit had settled everywhere - every nook and cranny. Jasmine did a TERRIFIC job, much more than I even expected as she even aced my kitchen cabinets. Needless to say, I will use her again. When she was finished, she did a walk-through to make sure I was happy - which I was!

Definitely 5 Star service! Very efficient and professional and friendly too! Jasmine and Isabel thoroughly cleaned and disinfected bathrooms, kitchen, windows and living room - under cushions and all. I will definitely have them back!

We hired for three hours, they got here at 2:39 and left at 4:55 we paid for a deep clean of the kitchen, living room and upstairs common area. There is still a great deal of dirt and stains on the floor of both areas. They also missed areas that were very easy to get to. We paid $300 and wish we did not.

As the owner I never give a specific time for hire. My quotes are based on the job itself and I personally deal with every client and give them a window time frame of when it will be done. As for this job it was 2-3 hours. I myself was there and pulled 8+ bags of trash- cake on walls & kitchen stove, thick amounts of dirt on floors, and the bathrooms had a large amount of feces everywhere. This was an underpaid job. Website & IG for photos - we also did a complimentary clean outside and had to spray down the back with Clorox due to the smell & flies, as it was effecting our job inside. In the end we did a walk through with Phoebe.

Hired this company to deep clean my 3 bedroom home. Floors were swept , vacuumed, and mopped which was a huge deal due to my two dogs. Windows were free of streaks and counter tops were disinfected. I was beyond satisfied with the level of cleanliness and professionalism. Would definitely recommend!

Hired Jasmine to come in and clean a multi unit property after being freshly renovated. Before the staging company showed up. It was a last minute cleaning since our previous cleaner bailed on us. Left the house super clean. Cleaned inside all the cupboards and window tracks. Left all the windows nice and clean no streaks or smudges. Perfect for photos. Is now my cleaner for my projects.
