The plumber did a great job, but they were overbooked and were several hours late. To his credit he stayed until close to midnight fixing the problem. Good overall, but make sure on their arrival time.

This is a great plumber! Have used him several times. He fixed a slab leak, replaced a hot water heater and replaced an outside spigot. A good plumber is hard to find and I'm so glad I found this one!

Cory was great. He did everything he could and even made three trips to my house to try and find the parts to fix my bathtub faucet that has almost no hot water pressure. My problem was that they charged me the full amount to fix it, but at the end of the third visit I was told it can't be fixed by them and he suggested I hire a general contractor. I understand if there is nothing else they could do, but I don't understand being charged $270 for them to tell me there was nothing they could do. Very unhappy with this ending.

They were very fast, called to let me know they could make it earlier than scheduled appointment. I was told prior what the cost of the service would be, and again before they did anything. It was a clogged mainline, cost was $270. So other than what seems to be a high price for a simple fix I was very satisfied with the work.

They guy showed up on time ,he even called when he was on his way. He checked the connections under the sink and recommended the fix and gave me the cost and finally fixed them up to code. He cleaned up after he was done. I would say he did a good job, since then the water flow to the dishwasher and sink was as good as new. Good job.
