    This was just a checkup on the units in a house I just bought. Daniel was friendly, timely, and clearly explained what to expect from heat pumps. The cost very very reasonable. I definitely will call Northside again for maintenance and any problems.

    We had this awful screeching sound coming from the AC unit when it got super hot outside and Daniel was able to figure out what was wrong and fix it. HavenÂ’t heard that sound since and the house is much cooler now!!

    Contacted me promptly and made an appointment within 7 days. Called thirty minutes before the appointment to say he was early! Had a medical emergency with my spouse, left him still working, emailed me the invoice! No worries. Will definitely give recommendation to anyone!
