Of all a/c companies that responded norton air was the only one that took time to figure out what caused problem and resolved it in a timely manor and charged resonable rate. They also gave me more then fair rate to replace everything including duct work for almost 2000. Less then next closest bid higest bid was 12000.Nobody wanted to fix problem which was all I asked for. Thank you norton air for being honest and fair. Will be calling back

Arrived on time, was very polite to my tenant. Serviced A/C with refrigerant and cleaned the unit of dust. Also explained to my tenant the best way to manage the unit and posted a sticker reminding her to change filter every 3 months. Communication was great, they called me and explained the problem and told me the cost upfront and I was charged what was quoted. I am completely satisfied and my tenant said the gentleman was very nice. I will use them again, definitely!

They were very helpful and informative in helping me to pick the right A/C package for my house. They installed it and removed the old system and did a quyality job which they completed way ahead of their proposed datr. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, honest, and professional company.
