From initial contact to job completion, Jay and Les make the process quick and easy. I made a call on Wednesday and had a complete water softening system installed and running (in about 2 hours) on a Saturday morning appointment! Jay and Les were a pleasure to work with. Our water softener system was installed in only a few hours, and both Jay the owner and Les the installer were professional, knowledgeable and timely. We had a bit of a complex job because the city water comes to our home, not from the front, but on the side, middle of the pool deck. A water softening system right on the pool deck would have been a terrible eyesore but Les came in and worked out a solution where pipes redirected the water to a location where the softener can be hidden. They stuck with the project and figured out a solution that worked and got it done. Much appreciated!

Installer could not find an outside water spigot which was located on side of house. He should have put the unit in the garage off spigot. Instead it sits in front of house outside

Sorry, but we don't have a record of you as a client. Also it is never recommended to connect a water softener to an outside water spigot for safety concerns & efficacy.
