I took 4 bids and Artec matched the best and promised a superior product. At the last minute, we decided to use them to not only install laminate throughout the home but tile in the kitchens and bathrooms. We dealt with Augustine who promised to complete the job in 2 days as we needed to move in by a specific date. Augustine was easy to deal with, honest, and reliable. He came when he said he would, and finished everything on time, and exceeded our expectations. 2 weeks after the floor was installed, we noticed a couple minor issues and Augustine had the crew back within a week without fuss or charge. Perfect job on laminate and tile.

They were great. They had plenty of samples to choose from. The prize was real good when compared to others. I had no problem re scheduling for an emergency. The installers were hard workers and did every detail with care. The job was done in schedule as agreed and looked beautiful. I would;d definitely recommend them and will use them in a future laminate floor project.

From the first time Artec came to give me an estimate, I felt confident that the representative (Augustine) was an honest and sincere person. He was very respectful and did not try to push anything onto me or change my mind, which I appreatiated. my third time working with ServiceMagic and would recommend them to family and friends.
