Sue was a delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and thorough in repairing my electrical switch. She arrived on time, was professional and I'll certainly keep her in mind should I have other electrical jobs.

Oakley was super helpful and gave us advice on how to approach things as they were not able to add a line to the breaker box designated to the bathroom due to it being full. I can't rate their physical work, but based on the experience with them, I would recommend them highly. I just wish the cost for advice was less, but our peace of mind is worth it in the long run, lol!

They never stated in the proposal that two technicians would be doing the job - so the cost was twice as much based on their original estimate. I even clarified with them via email prior to the work beginning. Both technicians were late but I was charged for the original start time yet despite repeated requests for their start and stop time hours I have been provided nothing. I say 'yes, I would hire again' as I actually liked everyone I dealt with. But their customer service is desperately lacking on both the 'customer' and 'service aspects.
