It took me several months to find the right contractor, but I'm glad I waited and hired Ogden and Son. My bathroom underwent a down-to-the studs gut and was rebuilt with high quality workmanship and attention to detail. The entire project was completed in less time than anticipated and done with care. So happy and pleased with my new, beautiful updated bathroom!

Phil is a great person and Now friend. I was hired by the neighbor to remodel 3 apartments in his building and just today 6/29/22 another neighbor asked me to come by and give a proposal for exterior painting. We are not finished my kitchen cabinet painting project yet, we ran out of stain. I am waiting for some more to arrive, but the work so far is excellent. He took on a small exterior repair and repaint to our stucco and that came out great as well, Mike is very professional and fair. His prices are also very reasonable. I will have some future projects in the near future and will definitely call him again.

Painting started on Nov. 30, 2016 and is still not completed(Feb.8, 2017). Michael Ogden is like an absentee landlord. Rarely came to my home and then blamed his workers for mistakes that were made. Some of the contract work has never completed. On contract a handrail was to be extended and all rails were to be re-varnished. The original extension did not work. I then paid for a new handrail which still has not be hung. I completed the refinishing on the new rail and existing rails on my own since Ogden Construction has considered the job finished. Along with the railings, the light fixture in my front hall was never re-hung. An exposed light bulb was left hanging. There is still paint on the windows that was not scraped plus paint spots on the front porch. The front balcony still has a decretive item that has not been hung.

I'm Sorry for (consumer name withheld per their request).. She paid $3,000 to have the interior and exterior painted , and popcorn removed . Before Christmas we started the inside sanding of the ceilings and it literally made her cry . I understood , she is an older woman and alone ! I stopped the project so that she could visit her family "out of town" . When She returned we finished and were paid in FULL . She still had more projects . I left one of my Painters and a company truck with her for a week . She paid him directly . I try but you can't make everyone HAPPY . Look at my other reviews please !

The owner , Mike Ogden, was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He came to the job when he said he would and went out of his way to inform my husband and myself of options available. His workers are hardworking and easy to talk to. Price wise - on the nose.
