The company was flexible to work around our vacation schedule. They showed up on time and did a good job. They called in advance to confirm they were sending a crew the first day. Good communication. I would hire the again.

These professionals are good at what they do, but they have to improve at open, clear communications with the client. I had to work at getting information from them regarding schedule and stain color choices. The day the deck staining job was completed, rain was expected a few hours after completion. I had some concern that the wet weather may affect the curing time of the stain. I left them a voicemail asking when it would be safe to use the deck. By then, they had already received the balance payment and never bothered to call me back.
Response by Ohio Premier Painting, LLC: Sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. I felt we provided all information upfront as well as left color brochures for you to look at. We will not work on any exterior project if weather is a risk of messing up our work. We also try to provide clear quick communication via email, phone or text. We will take your comments into consideration and will work on improving things going forward. Thanks again!
