Blinds or Shades - Install or Replace
Olympic Blinds? handling of a warranty issue was unacceptable. They have kept my blinds for approximately seven months, repeatedly citing delays without providing clear answers or resolution. I still do not have my blinds back. The vice president responsible for this issue did not return calls or emails and communicated only by text, offering explanations such as ?busy season? and saying they would ?get to it when they can.? I was also told that small claims court would be ?a waste of time and money.? After contacting the manufacturer myself, I learned they were waiting on Olympic Blinds to move forward. The owner has never reached out, even after I requested a refund and requested to speak with them several times. After reading multiple Yelp reviews describing similar experiences, it?s clear my situation was not unique. I would not recommend Olympic Blinds if warranty service and communication matter to you.
