    Robert Martinez, Sales Consultant for Omega General Electrical Contractors, came to my home and provided me a quote to improve the efficiency of my home, I wanted refrigerated air. Robert stated that with his company, Omega would obtain the permits and ensure that the service provided would definitely pass the El Paso City inspection. During our conversation, Robert mentioned that the company also did electrical work. When he advised me of that, I informed him of the upgrades that I wanted to have done to my home. I asked for extra electrical outlets in the hall and living room. While I am typically able to change things out or improve things on my own, I stated that in my feeble attempt at changing the 3 way switch in my hallway... let me chalk it up to that switch did not want to cooperate with me. I also informed him that the light inside my garage would flicker and shut off. I told him I was very concerned about there being a short and my house possibly being at risk of catching fire. I also asked him if they could install a secondary light fixture in the garage by the garage doors. He stated that it could easily be done. He gave me a fantastic quote and my home was upgraded to ensure efficiency, all in one day. Robert and his crew are amazing, professional and answered all my questions in a non judgmental and honest way. They truly are very efficient and extremely reliable. These qualities are very difficult to find these days. I am very fortunate to have found them and I will definitely continue to use there services in the future and recommend them to my family and friends. For what i was quoted and the service which was provided, I know that i truly received excellent value for what I spent. I would highly recommend Robert and his crew. I cannot stress the fact that they are honest, reasonable and dependable. They are family owned business, this allows me to contribute to our local economy by not relying on corporations that truly do not value me as a customer but instead place more value on their revenue. Robert, thank you and your crew!!! You all are amazing and thank you so much for the explications on areas that I did not fully understand. I WILL be recommending you to everyone I know.     Omega was extremely helpful and very professional. They also were $1500.00 cheaper than the highest bid for the exact same size unit and sear rating new air conditioning system. Very pleased with Omega company.
