John was great. He worked with me on scheduling and was prompt. He pointed out some wear in the bushing but didn't try to upsell me. He tightened up the chain, replaced the broken spring, and made sure everything was in good shape. I'll call him again if I need garage door work.

John was very professional, on time and reasonably priced. We had a previous quote from another place and they wanted to replace the whole system for $1100. John came in looked at it and said it needed a maintenance services and he was done in about 1/2 an hour. He isn't going to sell you something you don't need.

Very knowledgeable. Didn't do anything that wasn't necessary, just to get an extra buck out of me. Garage door is operating as if it's brand new, and it's 15 years old. So happy!

EXCELLENT!!! Highly recommend! THIS IS ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS! Beyond needing a new garage door opener installed, I had jammed my emergency release and could not get out of my garage. He was able to respond immediately and was very helpful. Released the door and then installed a new opener professionally and efficiently. Answered all my questions and explained everything. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you so much! So glad I tried Home Advisor! I will be using them and "ON TRACK GARAGE DOORS" again if/when needed!
