Impressive :-) Texted Morning Of 9/20 & Morning Of 9/21 Stating He Won't Be Able To Come As Promised...Which Would Have Made Up The 3 Days He Promised Work Would Be Completed. :-( Annoyed & Wondered If It Would Happen A 3rd Time. When He's Present The Work Moves Along Swiftly & No Material Waste. When He Leaves His Workers Wonders Around Work Area Aimlessly & The Ones Who Are Working...You'll End Up Having To Buy More Materials Because The Workers Aren't As Focus & Cut Wooden Material On A Trial By Error. $1628.57 Recession Has Driven Up The Prices. Yikes!!! Imagine Half Of That Is Material Waste Going To The Garbage?!! :-( I Was Very Unhappy As I Was Bleeding Money I Was Scringing On To Get This Project Completed. He Will Buy The Material & Tools. But Will Try To Pass It Off As Your Responsible Charge Of $234.69 "Because It's Your Project" & I Rebutted, It's Your Worker's Waste Of Already Purchased Material. Even Though The Materials Are All Strewn On The Floor. Although His Price Was Fair, It Was Certainly Just About The Same Labor Cost He Charged....An Expense I Didn't See Coming Because It Was Mid-Range Wood Grade. Took Security Door Off Chain-link & Continuously Swung Door Open & Left Unattended Causing Side Doorbell Security Camera Damaged...While Owner Left Workers Unattended. Replacement Cost $249 + $49.99 Technician Visit To Install Onto Security Network. Despite Being Made Aware, He Never Showed Any Care To Repair, Replace Or Credit Damage. Towards The End Carlos Tried To Slightly Charged Up The Initial Agreed Cost. In Addition To Adding Replacement Of Materials Already Wasted. :-/ Not Taking Into Consideration Of Days Wasted, Material Wasted & Property Damage.... I Would've Given 5 Stars & Not 4 Because The Ending Result Was Fantastic!!! My Advice To Anyone Looking To Hire This Company, Other Than Those Listed Above Occurrences, I Would Say....DEFINATELY!!! I Would Re-Hire Again, If Quote Can Be Written & He Remain On Site To Complete Project.
