I will hire again in the future! The guys did exactly what I asked them to do and overcame some challenges along the way without complaining. They were courteous and hard-working. After the job was done they cleaned everything up. I liked that a supervisor came out twice to check on progress and make sure there were no issues. I had a great experience with Optima.

Daniel Cisneros is a professional all around. He is responsive and understood the urgency of my security needs. He didn't leave the job until I was completely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend him for cameras, alarms, sirens, recording systems.

**BEWARE** Quoted me 1 price and when finished quoted me another price. Supposedly fixed my home cameras and; they stopped working the very next morning. The guy sent to fix them was constantly asked me for cables, tools, etc to fix my cameras. Are not you suppose to bring those things with you?! He came in a Jeep and not a company truck. He seemed clueless on how to fix my cameras because he kept calling someone asking for help. I told them upfront by ph that my 100ft HDMI cable on my roof needs replacing and they did NOT bring a ladder. All he did was replace parts that I just had replaced months ago. Clueless first guy left and then a SECOND guy came 2 hours later, second guy fixed it but only for a few hours. $200 down the drain!! 4 days later and my cameras STILL do not work! When I told him my cameras were not working he immediately demanded MORE money! Complete rip off!!! Stay away from this company!!
Response by Optima Security: Good morning Comisha, Our initial conversation and agreement was that we would troubleshoot your equipment at a rate of $80/hr. You wanted to do it this way because you did not trust the previous company that had done the work previously. From there we gave you a quote for the parts needed to which you and your husband agreed to. Unfortunately my business partner did not have a special tool to complete the job himself and that is why a different tech had to come back later that day to complete the job. Now all this was explained to your husband and yourself and both of you where ok with it. Once the job was completed that day my business partner

Took an hour to said that i needed a wireless zone. Could not fix my problem. Felt they sent someone inexperience. Told me someone would call to set up repair with wireless zone no one did. Charge me $140 and I didnt have anything repaired. Felt i was ripped off
