I had Justin come out to give a demo and water testing of a new property. He was friendly, straightforward about issues with the well water as well as down to earth. The next day I had the installers come out they worked fast, efficient and were 2 of the best installers I have met to date! They explained everything as well as cleaned up. Now I feel safe using the water in my home. Thank you Orbit for a job well done.

They were great answering all my questions. The product was exactly what I was looking for. The value for the money was outstanding. The installation was prompt and neat. I was very pleased. I highly recommend this company. They warranty every part and piece and all labor, you can't ask for more.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful. To have access to pristine water at all times is a luxury that I'm grateful to have in my home. The water tastes delicious and refreshing. I've seen improved results with staying hydrated, clearer glowing skin, smoother silkier hair and peace of mind. My kids' water intake has also significantly increased, which is definitely a win. The Reverse Osmosis Purification and whole house Filtration System that I had installed was an excellent choice. Orbit Water Solutions provides a phenomenal product and service. They also hire amazing people like Scott. He tested my water before and after the install and educated us thoroughly. Scott is very responsive, highly intelligent, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He did an outstanding job explaining the process and benefits. The before and after and everything in between. During the install, Jon and Shawn also did an awesome job - everything was neat and explained well. Scott, Jon, and Shawn are highly successful professionals and experts at what they do. These gentlemen provide excellent service and make a positive impact. I appreciate them and their meticulous work. I am a very happy and pleased client. All smiles. Thank you!! :)

From the first contact right through the installation I knew I found the right company. This install was difficult due to the discharge pipe placement. Actually I thought they weren't going to be able to do it. They did a remarkable job making everything work. John and Sean were very neat and I felt secure with the installation. They also explained how everything worked on what I had to do, which is really next to nothing. Very pleased. Kudos to all, including my sales rep Dustin.

Scott was a very knowledgeable sales associate and answered all of our questions about the product in a professional manner. He was very responsive when additional questions arose. The installation went smoothly and I would recommend Orbit to others looking for water filtration products.

Salesman Bill was very knowledgeable and answered any of my questions. Installers Ryan and Dennis were extremely professional and polite. Explained all equipment. Salesman is going to follow up next week to retest water. Glad I chose Orbit!!
