I had just moved into a new house and quickly realized the drinking water was not suitable for my family. I got Home Depot to test the water, and they said some of the levels indicated a pro should come out. I got visits from 3 different water companies but ultimately decided to go with Orbit to install a Reverse Osmosis water filter. Home Advisor recommended Orbit to me. They beat the prices of the other companies while still delivering a great product. Scott Culin was an amazing sales rep. He explained everything in detail, was respectful of cleanliness due to covid, and wasn't pushy. He made himself available to text/call after the visit and answered all of my questions in detail. Even after the install, Scott has been quick to get back to me when I had more questions. When I was unsure of choosing Orbit because it hasn't been in business as long as other companies, he quickly eased my apprehension. Scott even invited me to his house in case I wanted to see what the system looked like or what water tasted like. Scott's 10/10. The RO system has been great. It's been about a month and the water tastes amazing. Since my wife and I drink mostly water and we have two young children, it's imperative to have clean and healthy drinking water. They installed the RO line directly to my refrigerator, so the ice and water coming out is perfect. The 4th filter in the RO system even raises the pH and adds wanted minerals into the water. We couldn't be happier with Orbit and the RO system they installed.

This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. So far, I can't envision any issues that might arise with Orbit Water Solutions since they have provided outstanding service to this point!

I recently had the Purionics Hydronex installed by Orbit. I was very impressed with the professionalism and thoroughness of the sales (Drew) and tech teams (Jared and Ryan). They offered an UNHEARD of lifetime warranty on the product and service and followed up with me to retest after the install to make sure everything went smoothly. It is so nice to have soft water (no more stains)!

I like the quality of the alkaline water, itâ s delicious. I now can drink right from my spigot. The softness of the water when washing dishes or clothes saves on amount of detergent needed. Scott Culin was very knowledgeable and friendly. He also has been very helpful regarding the follow up process and patient with all questions I had.

Ed was an experienced salesperson and did a great job with showing me the quality of my water. Showing me the difference with a portable filter amazed me. Joe the installer did a great job and went above and beyond to install the RO system that was a tight fit under my kitchen sink. Overall i would recommend this company to anyone. i went with Orbit because they are a local and well established company. The lifetime warranty was a benefit.

The install was done in approximately 3 hours; knowledgeable technicians. Our drinking water tastes amazing and the system resolved hard water problem.

I had a water treatment system and a reverse osmosis system installed. It was recommended by a fellow co-worker. I scheduled an appointment to have my water tested with Mike, who was absolutely great. He answered all my questions, explained everything to me, and walked me through the process. He scheduled my install for the very next morning. The two installers were here before the scheduled time, the both went above and beyond to show me the system and even explained why I did not have cold water in my sink. They fixed the problem for me in under a minute. I had a slight problem, when I called Mike a technician called me within 10 minutes and fixed the problem. I strongly recommend this company even if it is not for a water treatment or reverse osmosis system. The company and its team are extremely helpful, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel like your the most important customer.
