The response using HomeAdvisor was very fast. The representative from Pure Aqua Solutions called within minutes of asking for an estimate. Miles was timely for his evaluation of our water quality and very knowledgable and friendly. We purchased the system and had it installed two days later.

Responded quickly and once Vinnie arrived he explained the products use and benefits after testing our water. He answered all questions and never tried to push the sell. My husband and I bought the products because of the benefits to our health and the price was a great value.

The Pure Aqua team was responsive to our needs, conducted themselves in a professional manner and left the premises in spotless condition upon completion of the whole house filter replacement . The guys were very knowledgeable about the product. We got a full house system because out public water was just awful. Have used the system for about 2 weeks and it's a noticeable difference in improvement. Skin and hair already feel softer, and I can hear my appliances running so much better. Took a shower at a hotel recently and was traumatized who bad their water was compared to my house system.
