Learn from my naivete and do not work with these people. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and able to get me on their schedule pretty quickly. After that, every aspect of dealing with multiple people within this company was a nightmare. I was told repeatedly by the "project manager" that the work on my house needed to be done on their schedule. Nobody had gone over details such as the format for the tile to be laid or even the basics of the project yet they wanted to start work while I wasn't present. The guys who showed up the first day of demo were clueless other than it was a kitchen project. Two men worked for three full days on demo and laying tile flooring. The tile floor they laid ended up being pulled up and replaced by a subcontractor 10 days later because they hadn't taken out the original backer board and so the floor was completely uneven and left a huge height gap between the new and existing floors (my 2 year old took two headers due to the issue.) In the meantime of that disaster, Quartz counter tops were to be installed by a subcontractor. I got a call at work one morning (more than a week earlier than I was told to expect) that the counter tops were ready and were to be installed that afternoon. My surprise and stated disappointment with communication was again met with "we need to stick to our schedule". My father was able to be present that day and move everything around to be ready for the counters. So then instead of returning my calls as Steve and Scott both said would happen they tracked down my fathers number and started calling him to ask their questions! I am the homeowner and was the contact person all along, nothing was ever said to indicate otherwise. They installed a tile back splash that left several of the electrical outlets non-functioning because the holes used to screw and secure the outlet had been tiled over- supposed to have someone come fix that but never heard back after I paid my bill. I know now that I should have been given a much more detailed contract and that by Oregon law they were supposed to give me a copy of the consumer protection notice. I could keep going about ridiculous issues that occurred in the month that I dealt with these men but moral of the story, do your homework before you choose a company to do a major project in your home. My project was basic and I'm an easygoing customer but the professionalism of these people is a joke. Make sure you look out for your rights because Oregon construction guys are most definitely NOT!

They got the work done in the timeline they promised, about 85% of it. Some of the things we asked them to do was clearly out of the realm of expertise, and needed to be redone. We assumed they were more experienced and now they are! Nice people to work with and easy to get in touch with when we needed to.

I had a fence built to keep a small dog in my yard. The crew and Scott were wonderful about working with me to ensure that there were no gaps for the puppy to escape. They worked fast and were very responsive to my requests. These were the easiest contractors I have worked with and I highly recommend them if you care about good communication and a company that cares about customer satisfaction.
