PBP Construction

Work not completed, however, Jim is our contractor of choice. Good estimate, great response to our calls, very interested and helpful with our project and the planning phase involved. Employees at the Regional Building Department speak of PBP Construction as a quality organization. Jim won our business "hands down" by being the professional he is. Additional rating(s) to follow as the work begins and is completed. Others did not follow through with calls or anything else. Jim is very customer service orientated; very delighted with everything so far.

PBP has done a nice job with our garage. We asked that the garage match the architecture of the house, as we have a older house, and PBP construction did a great job.

Mr Wooldridge's performance rating do not reflect what the final product is. Due to delays (not his fault) the project has not been completed. The project should be completed this week and I have no doubt the catagories will all be rated to the right when done. I would recommend him to anyone who wanted work done and have no reservation about the quality of the work.

I found Jim Wooldridge to be a very good and hard working contractor who always followed up on his inspections and sub-contractors. I have already recommended his services to a co-worker for a similar, yet larger project. There were a few minor details which I took for granted would be standard but later found out not to be the case....for example, I ended up spending over $500.00 on additional material that I assumed was covered in the original contract bid. These materials were bathroom fixtures that were upgrades from what the contractor was willing to supply. He did offer a $50 refund on the vanity upgrade. Original estimated time for completion of the project was 4 weeks. Actual completion with holidays included was approximately 10 weeks.

I found Jim to be a very honest contractor that does excellent work at a very fair price. If he was a little more punctual i would rate him a 10 on a scale of 1 thru 10. I have recommended him to other friends and definitely plan to use him for other projects in the future.
