Jamie usually spent less than 30 minutes when servicing the pool and hot tub once a week. Three weeks ago we found a dead gopher on the bottom of the pool and it was still there two days after Jamie was to have cleaned the pool when we were not home after the time he usually came to service the pool. My husband called and asked why he did not show up and when did he plan to make up the missed day. Jamie got indignant and said he had problems with his truck and could not t do the service that day. Husband asked why could not he have called and let us know. On the following service day Jamie did not show up, and by now algae was in the pool. Again, my husband contacted Jamie who replied that he assumed we did not want his services any longer. Husband then asked Jamie to return our gate lock key. We have since hired a new pool service who tested the water and said there was so much conditioner in the water (still after not being serviced for 3 weeks) that it will take more than a month for it to clear naturally-- chemicals to do so would cost $350-400 and the other option is to drain the water and refill. Also, the filter was extremely dirty and looked as if it had not been cleaned for over a year. As of today, 5/23, our gate key has not been returned after we called and left a message. Picture Perfect Pools is the worst service I have had in the 20 years I have had a pool service.

Jamie Fischer called me immediately. I asked him if he could set up my above ground pool and spa ASAP, he was there the next morning. He cleaned and serviced the unit and came back the next day to add the right chemicals. I hired him for regular cleaning and chemical service. I would definitely recommend .

I don't even know where to start! This is the first pool company I've hired that actually lived up to its name - Picture Perfect. When I first hired him I was skeptical as so many before had been slackers. Boy did he prove me wrong... Jamie always communicates what's going on with the pool and has a fix for the problem immediately, his response time when you call him off hours is impeccable. I don't think this review does this guy enough justice...

The day I hired him, he was being handed off by my pool guy who was retiring and he fixed something that my other pool guys didn't know how to, within 5 minutes. He would take my phone calls and talk me through and issues I may have had at the time.Whoever is looking to hire, hire him because he's truly that good.

Jaime is reliable and dependable. If a pool issue comes up between service calls Jaime is quick to respond and repair the issue. I highly recommend this pool service.
