Very responsive! Calls & text messages were immediately responded. Price beat next quote with a product availability that the other company said was not available by the manufacturer. Also, David was very mindful of our a/c use & didn't try to oversell our needs. I highly recommend this very professional & friendly company of which David is a valuable asset!

Very professional and personable. I had other companies quote $1500.00 higher for the same AC unit and tell me it would take a couple days to get the parts. I called PMI at 8pm and they had the parts the next morning and began installing!

Esteban was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. I appreciate the time he took to explain all my options about getting a new unit. The guys that came out to install were very nice.

You can't go wrong with this company. Everyone I interacted with was personable and professional . Mike and John were prompt and did a great job. Didn't mind me asking questions to learn how to better care for my A/C system. They all went the extra mile to earn my business. I will definitely use them again.

Esteban came out to give me a free 2nd opinion. Turned out I didn’t even need the $500 job another company had quoted me. He was right on time, professional, friendly, and cleaned up afterward. He showed me everything he found and explained everything to me. Totally professional in every aspect of this process. Thorough explanation of the new unit and the procedure. Unbelievably neat, efficient and quiet during the installation process. Work has not yet been inspected by the city, but I anticipate no issues whatsoever. A wonderful experience.

The two mechanics - Michael and John were exceptionally professional. There were a multitude of issue's that they handled. Replacing a 40+ year a/c unit which had them convert existing conditions to newer technology. They had to come back 3 consecutive days to finally complete the job. In doing all the above the original quote was still what we paid. Again, I am grateful these men did our job.

Had a 12 SEER 14 year old unit that was ready to be replaced. There was only one option that did not require installing the air handler inside within the space limits. PMI had a 16 SEER option with York. The price and warranty and quality of the equipment sold me to go with their recommendation. I am very pleased with the unit and the city inspector complimented them as the best installation he has seen.
