The company showed up on time, did an inspection of my chimney,found a hole that need to be fixed,made the repair and billed me as I was unable toi be home. This was the first time I used their service,but it won't be the last.

Mentioned in the request, and on the phone, and in person, serveral times, that this was a wood stove flue with HEAVY creosote that requires agressive cleaning. After almost 3 hours, he just cleaned the inside pipe (about 4 feet) and cleared off a size of about 6 inch by 6 inch off the tiles. It would take about a day or 2 at that pace to finish. I had to let him go. It was obvious it wasn't going to be cleaned properly. Did not have the proper creosote breaking tools. He just used a round brush in a square flue! Also used a handheld wire brush and scraper taped to a rod. I had to provide a ladder for him to get on the roof!

When I made the arrangements I specifaclly mentioned that I had a wood burning fireplace insert with a Catalyst Converter. Phil never heard of this and I mentioned this converter closes the damper and is very delicate to be cleaned. He proceeded to take the stove out of the fireplace, which cost me hundreds of dolloars to install looking for this converter which should be accessed from the front of the stove. He could not return the stove to the original metal liner and had to use cement to seal the liner. The flute was not dirty he never located the catalytic converter and now I have to contact the fireplace store to reallign the fireplac

Reasonable price, professional, polite and did a good job of inspecting and cleaning our chimneys. Since Felice is a mason, he was able to provide helpful advice about maintenance and was able to fix a loose stone in our chimney too for a reasonable cost. Will recommend him to others.
