Crews were professional, courteous and efficient. They did trim, doors, handrails, texture, stain and paint. Great team and awesome customer service. The jobsite clean-up was spotless all three days they worked in our home.

I hired PPR because their team could get the project done the fastest. I was trying to get my house on the market ASAP and I should never have done that. Their team of painters left several spots where the masking was amateurish. I have photos of 10 areas where their paint bled through the masking, or where they dripped paint onto existing areas. Additionally, I had a cleaning service come in behind them to get rid of the paint they had splashed on my glass shower surround when they cleaned their brushes. I contacted their subcontractor to get him to come get some tools and paint that were leftover, only to be told that I could keep it. Great, I have a couple of 10-gallon jugs of paint. All this would have been excusable by the relatively low cost. I sent them a check via my bank to pay that cost, but then I got what might be the ultimate low of customer service. My bank takes a week to deliver the check, and two days before the deadline, PPR sent me an intent to file a mechanics lien on my house. They did not try to reach out to me first to talk. They just assumed I was not going to pay and vegan the paperwork of a lien. Completely unprofessional and frankly, rather childish. I will never hire or recommend these contractors again.

Colin and his crew did a great job. Very friendly and efficient. Will definitely use them in the future.
