Installed a 6000 sf roof with PRM and was very satisfied with their detail and copper work. Anyone can install shingles but it is the detail work around the chimneys and skylight that prevents leaks. Doesn't take shortcuts and great customer service.

Peter saved us. I contacted PRM in 2016 we got a great estimate. When we were ready, of course the rain /snow postpone our repairs. But as soon as schedules permitted , Peter came and did a great job. The next day , the test. It rained like a monsoon. No leaks. Peter kept in contact to make sure we were not having any issues. Great pricing, warranty and work.

Peter is clear, concise, personable & honest-up front. His men are prompt if not early, clean and professional. All the work done was better than we even expected, no refuse left to clean up, and the roof looks beautiful. We had a few people look at the job and simply walked away. The roof is over 80 yrs old-Vermont gray slate, an extremely difficult job, but absolutely no problem for PRM. We highly recommend them.

Thoroughly professional. PRM showed up on time, which shows a lot of respect for their customer's time. I was given a thorough explanation of the issue that caused my leak, and a thorough explanation of the repair work needed. The work was completed in a timely manner that fit into my schedule. PRM made sure I was satisfied with the appearance of the repair before the installer left the roof. Clean-up was complete, and PRM took the time at the end of the job to make sure I knew exactly what was done. Overall, highly satisfied with PRM, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Peter was very professional. It was a rental property so I wasn't on sight and Peter text me pictures of the progress which was very helpful to me. He went above and beyond and I would highly recommend him.

Peter was very professional and right to the point. It was raining the 1st 3 days he was supposed to do the work but he called and text me all 3 days to say when it was good to come out. He came out after it rained and did a great job.
