Josie and his crew were true professionals. The removed the old vanity, lighting, ceiling fan, toilet wall, toilet and fiberglass shower. They rebuilt a toilet wall, installed a ceiling height tile shower, replaced the vanity, light, fan, plumbing, and toilet, They also repainted my bathroom ceiling, walls, trim, and door. They also rehung my bathroom mirrors, towel bars, and tp holder. They were clean, polite, unobtrusive, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.

Terrible communicators. People doing the estimating arent the same ones doing the work, and it seems the ones that show up to do the work have gotten no information about what needs to be done. I would either stay away or get EVERYTHING down to the last detail of your job in writing. And even then - do not expect a high-quality job. They used the wrong grout, did not cut tiles evenly, left grout smudged all over the ceiling and one of the walls, and even left the barcode sticker/price tag on the edge molding they used.

The subway tile backsplash installation was completed perfectly. The whole process was smooth from getting the quote through completion of all work including clean up. The installers were highly skilled and professional. I would definitely recommend JD Vargas and his team for your tile project. You will not be disappointed. BTW, very fair labor pricing.
