Ryan did an inspection on a property I am looking to purchase. He was professional, incredibly knowledgable, and extremely thorough. He walked us through the whole inspection step-by-step and explained what he was looking for and why. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Professional, personable, excellent to work with. Ryan worked for me the "buyer" and was not shaken by the sellers who didn't prefer us doing the inspection. He put his allergies aside and still did the inspection from beginning to end. He didn't flinch at the distance from his work location to the address we needed inspected. AND he didn't raise his cost. I paid what I was quoted and received a detailed report verbally and via email. We also were able to ask questions days later via phone, email or text. I am VERY pleased!!!

Ryan is very knowledgeable. His inspection saved me many future problems. He was very responsive. He communicated before during and after the inspection. He reviewed in detail the report and other options available. Ryan is the detailed type of inspector you want. He also can explain very well the concerns. I would definitely hire him again.
