Paramount Construction, LLC did an awesome job on our roof. They did a full tear off and replacement of our roof and guttering. Job was done in a timely manner, and a very thorough clean up was done as well. Would highly recommend them for any job big or small. Very courteous and professional staff.

We hired Paramount to remove and fill in an in-ground pool, replace a couple of rows of bad siding, paint to match, grade the area where the pool was to the proper grade, and do final grading so it would be ready to plant grass. This project was under an FHA refinance loan that had specific instructions on how the work was to be completed, and under the supervision of a consultant. Paramount signed the documents and the contract. The first day they started breaking up the concrete and shoving it and all the pieces of the pool into the pool cavity. The documents clearly stated that all debris was to be removed, not put in the pool cavity. After bringing this to their attention, they (the Owner and Project Manager) said it was fine, not a problem, and continued to push everything into the pool cavity. When the consultant learned of the situation, he made them stop work and indicated that if they continued, they would not be paid, that it all needed to be dug up and hauled off per the instructions in the contract. They (the Owner and Project Manager) walked off the job, threatening to pull off the job completely. Several days later they were back, dug up the debris and placed it in my yard, in front of my detached garage; destroying the yard because they made no provisions for disposing of the debris. During removal of debris and hauling in fill dirt, they damaged my fence in several places, a couple of concrete pads, roof on the house, fascia, and guttering with their excavator and skid steer. They scattered river rock over the backyard, side and front yard of the detached garage. After seeing the quality of their work on replacing one of the damaged concrete pads, we required a separate concrete contractor to repair the concrete damage to the fence. Looking back, pricing was high. They charged $654 to remove a Pergola from the Pool House. It was in bad shape, it wouldnât have taken much to manually remove it ($654/hr.), but they used the excavator and had it down in about 5 min. They charged us $654 to remove and replace a section of fence so they could get their equipment in the back yard. They removed the fence, left it down for the entire length of the job (months) and reinstalled it when they were finished. The contractor hired to clean up their mess took the fence down and put it back up each day they were on the job (three days/ 10 min/day). They charged us $98/ea. for an Electrical and Demolition Permits. When the Consultant wanted copies of the permits, they (the Owner and Project Manager) argued and fought with him, saying Permits were not required. They were not going to pull permits until the Consultant required them to do so for payment. They pulled them after the job started; it was almost complete. When they considered the job complete, they wanted the Final Draw Request Inspection. Neither the Consultant nor we considered the job finished. The final grade was not correct; it still needed more fill dirt
