Park Builders, Inc. is family run and owned and has over 70 years of experience in the construction business with our parent company being founded by my grandfather, Bernard Adams, back in 1947. This makes our company the oldest family run construction company in Southeastern Michigan that has not changed hands to others. We have always provided top quality materials and workmanship and put our customers first by making sure everyone is 100% satisfied. Terry Adams came out to our home and wrote the contract. Later Terry allowed me to make changes and stay within the contract fees. Terry was extremely easy to work with and I believe his best interest was to ensure that we were happy. His carpenters were also specialists. They were quick, always picking up after themselves and very talented. The carpentry foreman (Bill Hamilton) put his own personal talent to play and made my garage addition look fabulous. Terry and his crews are fantastic! Everything from the site excavation, to the concrete, and the actual building of the garage was top notch. Terry's crews gave ample notice, showed up when they said they would, called if there were going to be delays, and treated the construction site with the utmost of care and respect. Park Builders are now my go to company for all my needs. These guys live and breathe customer service. Thank you Terry!

I was extremely pleased with the work that was done at my home. Initially, I asked Park Builders to cut down a number of trees, build a new garage and back fence. They were fast and efficient. I was so pleased with the work that I had them build an upstairs porch and deck as well. The contractor, Terry Adams, was very professional and always quick to call me back if I had any concerns. The crew was exceptional, particularly the crew leader. It's quite evident that this company takes pride in its work and I highly recommend them!

I called Terry at Park builders for an estimate to repair a problem I was having with a leaning garage. After getting 2 other estimates I called Terry back and scheduled the job. The crew did have to reschedule after a family emergency delayed the job for a day but everything worked out great.. I would recomend Park Builders.

Terry Adams was professional and provided an honest assessment of work needed for my garage...i.e. remodel v total rebuild. His pricing was fair and his crew did an excellent job. In turn, I also hired them to replace the roof on my home. I am pleased with Park Builders and anticipate utilizing them on future remodeling projects.
