Service was great. Rob in particular was very contentious and responsive when I had questions. There were a number of changes to the original contract that we had to make and whenever I didnâ t understand a cost he explained it to me. Room is just about done and we are very excited to see the final product!

I had not remodeled my bathroom in over 30 years and it was definitely time. I reached out to several contractors to get prices and discuss ideas. The prices, customer service and attention to my ideas was making me crazy. I found Patriot Contracting and it was immediate that they were the ones to remodel my old bathroom!! They came to my home on the day I wanted, on time and very respectful of my home. They were even understanding of my crazy dogs! They listened to me and my ideas. I listened to their suggestions and we worked together to design my perfect place to relax. They worked with me on a budget that fit my plan and never pushed for things I didn t need. I was given a start date and a finish date . I had a complete proposal of everything they would provide and what was my responsibility. The carpenters were amazing! They were personable, respectful, and their work was meticulous. They cleaned up after themselves daily. The guys explained everything they were doing, and answered all my questions. Rob the owner reached out to me regularly to make sure I was happy with the progress. We talked so much we he even shared a couple books with me! I am ridiculously happy with my bathroom, it s beautiful! It is everything I could have imagined. Rob and his team are the absolute best. I can not say enough great things about the company, but if you need a contractor look no further!

Rob and the team at Patriot were the ultimate professionals! Great communication around cost and timing as well as continuously staying in touch throughout the project. As other reviews have said, they were the only ones to get in touch through Homadvisor (instantly) and then politely set up a time to discuss (during the original COVID window nonetheless!). Upon meeting with Rob and Jarred I was sold and they didn't disappoint! The team they use are excellent at their craft and help guide us in deciding how best to model the project, explaining the options and their recommendations, as well as WHY we'd be best off selecting their suggestion. Would love to work with them again on the next project we do!

Robert is great with communicating. he was the only contractor to get back to me on HomeAdvisor. i am happy with the work they have provided and will glad to do business with them again as well as refer them to friends and family

Excellent bedside manner from these guys! Thorough in their explanations and fair with pricing. They leave a confidence in their level of competence. Looking forward to continuing the working relationship as I work through several update projects.
