Paul Davis Systems of Southern New Jersey, Inc., is committed to providing the highest form of customer service in the industry. Please call for your personal customer service. We are certified Indoor Air Quality Association mold remediators and Licensed NJ contractors remedied/That is remove mold after an air test has established Our surveys are Not Free since we do take air samples and send them out to a laboratory to determine which families and what concentrations are present. Our guideline protocols contained in IICRC protocols S500 and S520 demand that air samples-not visual surveys are the only appropriate method. As the lab samples run $80 plus each and most homes need 2 to 3, our fees are normally $175 to $250. We would be very happy to do your evaluation and feel that this is the only ethical method. At least 30% to 40% of our air samples-dictate that no remediation is necessary-saving thousands of dollars of remediation for the homeowner and/or insurance company.
