Very frustrating situation! He is a one-man operation operating out of apartment and van. He has no back-up. Website shows beautiful pictures but no substance to operation. It's him and him alone. Almost impossible to contact him. After 5 weeks and 4 visits and $700 the hot tub has the same problem as initially reported.

Just to reply to this. The issue with the hot tub had to do with electrical. We did replace the sensors, and yes it was late. The reason for this was, and he knew, we were going on vacation and then there was a very large snow storm that happened, something we could not control. Once we were able to get out, we promptly fixed the sensors and the hot tub was working, and the customer saw that it was working and signed off on the job. We are a small business, and very proud of that fact. There is no apartment nor any van involved, that is a falsehood. After 13 years as a small business, we are quite happy to stay a small business.

I chose Peak Pool and Spas because the website screened and approved the company. Jason was very quick to come out to my home to assess the situation. I was really impressed. Repair work total was over $1,200. Included a circuit board and pump. A couple of weeks after installation I realized the lights in the spa weren't working and asked him to take a look. That was early September. After multiple texts, phone call and email from his website, and after many promises and dates set to come back, he never showed. Another service provider checked out the issues and found that the board Jason installed was not configured correctly for my spa in 4 different areas. Now the board has to be replaced as it is shorted out. While I got a receipt for the 50% up front cost from Jason, I never could get the receipt for the rest of the money spent nor paperwork for the circuit board and pump warranty. He is aware of where I sit with things at this point. I told him I want my money back. He said he would check into the board warranty. It's been over a week and I haven't heard from him. I am truly stunned at how someone with a good business and a reputation to protect would treat clients like this. So obviously in it for the money, not for quality of service and without a care or concern about what he leaves people behind with. Stay away from Peak Pool and Spa!

I got an incredible price on my new liner,almost 2000.00 less than other competitors. Jay was friendly and so easy to work with. My pool is beautiful and he continues to check in to make sure everything is working properly
