First time using the service. Jay was amazing he came when I was at work, diagnosed the problem. Had to order parts, he returned and completed job!!! I feel like he was quick and efficient, he said he would return if I had any more issues. Thanks Jay

Very dissatisfied. Paid owner, Jason Jones in full ($542) on February 08,2017 and job is still NOT COMPLETE! Said he had to order jets for our hot tub. We trusted him and believed he would, in good faith finish the job of replacing the worn jets. It's been 3 months. He doesn't respond to phone calls, email or text messages. His answering service has taken about 30 messages from us requesting a return call.... nothing. They even apologized for his failure to return phone calls. Found the business and used them based on recommendations from HomeAdvisor but can't recommend this business. Too bad - we've filed a complaint with the local BBB and are working with HA to resolve the issues.
