Toni at Pegasus Home inspection is accommodating and quick to schedule . He is very thorough and honest on his inspection and report. He was as expected on the cost . We are currently waiting to schedule the reinspection for after repairs are made . He was able to direct us to problem areas in the home we wanted to buy and direct us to health hazard areas to get additional inspections and testing . My daughter would still be sick if it wasnÂ’t for Toni at Pegasus pointing out areas we needed mold testing and inspections done at . Toni at Pegasus is the only person I would use for a home inspection.

Toni through Pegasus home inspection is thorough and knowledgeable . He was great with scheduling me quickly and accommodating. He was able to give me a lot of information on the house I wanted to buy to help me make a educated decision and aware of problem areas. I called him after my inspection with additional questions to verify information and ask for location of the problem areas and he happily answered and gave me detailed and informative information. He is very honest and I def wouldnÂ’t use anyone else . We are currently waiting to schedule the reinspection after repairs was made and will do another review upon completion .

Tony went above and beyond with his inspection for my husband and I. From the moment I contacted Tony, it was clear that he was the guy for the job. During the inspection, he even climbed on the roof and through the attic crawl space on one of the hottest days of the year. We were so glad he did. When other inspectors told us the roof was fine, we were able to prove that wasn't the case. This was a finding that could have put us in a very tough financial position. You will not find a better person to inspect your new home. Highly recommend.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
