The technician for Pennington showed up late and did not call to advise that he would be late. The technician from Pennington was not properly trained to do brazing. The technician promised to come back the following day but never did and never called. The owner Ben did not respond to a call the next day. I cannot believe that Angie would recommend this company to me for work. I am very disappointed with Angie and with Pennington.

They installed a boiler on Oct 31st 2020. There was an immediate system failure and they had to come back. On Nov. 10th there was a water leak they had to come back twice following that there was a gas leak in March. Excel found a leak at the boiler. They tried to bill me for that repair which I contested and recently I had a new water leak from pipes they installed and they have voided their warranty on workmanship because they are tired of coming back. I am tired of calling them. If I could give them a negative 5 stars I would.

$535.00. 5 minutes on the roof and they knew motor needed replaced on swamp cooler and went off to buy new one. Put motor in and took about 10 minutes, but it stopped working 15 minutes after they left. They eventually came back, said the cage needed cleaning, spent about 10 minutes on it and left. It stopped working again and when called the third time, they told us we needed to get up there and really clean it and spray cage down with lubricant. The reason we hired someone was to avoid getting on the roof due to physical issues. When I pushed, they said they could do it for another large sum. I refused and got someone else to help. Hired this company to get our swamp cooler running and they did not do this. Nice guys, though.
