We hired Mr. Perez and his crew to do major drywall repairs after our house flooded due to a plumbing problem. We needed major drywall repairs to our ceilings and some walls including replacing crown molding and painting. Mr. Perez and his crew did an excellent job overall. He was very professional when submitting quotes and scheduling his work. He was very patient with me as I needed him to fine tune his quote to be as detailed as possible. He showed up to work on time as planned consistently. He listened to all my concerns and requests along the way and met all my requirements. I should mention that I am a very detailed oriented and demanding and he met my expectations. The work included new sheetrock installation and patches, painting, replacing insulation, replacing crown molding and door casing around where the new sheetrock was placed. The painting was done to my standards after I explained what they were (cutting corners perfectly, no brush marks, etc.). I had them repaint a few areas that I wasn't completely happy with and they re-touched them until I was satisfied without any complains. He is very pleasant, respectful and easy to work with. They also stained our deck and it turned out beautiful.

They were always on time and responsive and left my house nice and clean at the end of each day.

Very prompt / dependable, professional, neat, thorough; they did wonderful work on our old ranch. The lead man, Iban, is just a joy to work with. Very good advice on doing a few things differently than we had planned, and they cleaned up well after the job. We love the results and I've never hired better painters. You won't be sorry you hired them, and on top of great work the prices are very reasonable. The company is stable, not a single fly-by-night man like we have had bad experiences with before. Seems to be a multi-generation family business and they are truly pros.

Great experience, all the way! I sent out many emails, requesting a quote for our project and Perez Painting and Renovations was the first to respond. Overall, I have to say that Irbin and his team did a fantastic job, they were prompt, affordable, patient, and did and a great job. Irbin and crew are very professional and highly ethical. They performed the paint job (it was on a fence) exactly as they said they would do, and in addition, cleaned my gutters and power washed a deck and driveway. They even repaired one of the gutters at no extra charge (an issue I did not know I had). He completed the job ahead of schedule.

Irbin did a super job. I was contacted almost immediately after posting my request. He came the same day and began work the next. He painted the entire inside of the house and part of the exterior as well. His pricing was reasonable and his reviews were great. I already have an estimate from him for another home and have given his information to a neighbor.

Drywall work was not great and after painted, there were many visible problems.

Was a good choice. The only issue was up front in getting in touch with each other. Work quality is good and will consider them for some other painting projects. I would recommend them to anyone needing their house painted.

I got three quotes for the work. Irbin's quote was the most detailed and his estimate came in right in the middle of the other two so I knew it was right on target. I selected Irbin because he is very professional, timely, and knowledgeable about what needed done. In fact, he recommended against one option I proposed and took the time to explain why it was not the best option in the long run. The work was done in one day, as promised, and the bathroom looks amazing. I could not be happier. Will I hire Irbin again? Yes, without a doubt! He is now one of my preferred contractors and I will confidently refer him for jobs my friends or associates ask me about.
