This company appears to be more of a handyman company. They quoted the job for labor only, so I did not know how much parts would cost until after the job was started, and the parts were purchased. Overall, they were very polite, and professional in their work. They changed the design on the spot when I requested a change, and they did not change the labor rate even when the work requirements were adjusted. I would definitely use them again. Knowing that they do not include parts would have been good to know, but even after adding in the cost of the parts, this company was still a couple hundred dollars less than everyone else.
