Review by Chris S. in Phoenix, AZ
These guys are the absolute worst. The first time I used them I set them up with my yard, my rental property and two other friends, three out of the four houses have since cancelled and the other one will be canceling. I cancelled using them after the third time as I continued to call them and let them know they either missed something, or took the easy way out. My neighbor uses them, that is where I got their name and I just watched them rake everything from their property over to mine and left a huge pile of tree seeds. Very shady business, when I texted the picture of tree seeds they left on my property in a huge pile to the GM, Adam, he just wrote back, "well that sucks". I am warning anybody that chooses to use them, they will do a horrible job, maybe not at first but it will get worse and worse. And don't expect any help if things go wrong, there is a reason why the 4 houses that used them in the past, cancelled after a few months.

Excellent work. On time, on schedule, on budget. Superior customer service. Adam went above and beyond to offer cost effective ideas that made the project even better than our plan and still stay at budget.

Phoenix Valley Landscape installed a desert front lawn at my home. James listened to what I was looking for and then made very good suggestions to enhance my ideas. He was prompt, professional and seemed to take my project very personally. I am very happy every time I see it !!!!

We had a lot of tall pine trees that needed to be trimmed. They did an excellent job and also showed us some potential problems with a few other trees that we should get an eye on. They were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Phoenix landscaping did a great job! They stayed within the projected timeframe which was much faster than I expected and even offered to come back when I was available to show me how to use the irrigation system etc.

Response by Phoenix Valley Tree Service: Bryant, I apologize for any per work or communication that you received. We have recently made changes to our staff to move away from personnel that are not following up and performing to our high standards. I am looking into your project myself and will be reaching out to you to see if there is a way we can salvage a relationship with you moving forward. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

When Tim first came to visit my property he was many hours late. That was just the beginning regarding scheduling issues. He gave me an adequate estimate on re-installing the drip system in my yard. I accepted his quote and had quite a difficult time actually scheduling the work. When emailing or calling Tim it's hit or miss whether he will get back to you that day or a few days later. I had problems with the work once it was completed and had a very difficult time reaching Tim to come back out and repair the leaking and make sure all the foliage was getting enough water. Many of the items and details we discussed during the estimate seemed to have been forgotten once the work started. The workers didn't adequately bury all the drip lines and didn't seem concerned about removing all the old drip lines from the yard or in the ground. I'm still picking up pieces of old drip line lying around my yard. While digging in my front yard the workers cut my cox cable in two places and I had to wait for Cox to repair and bury the cable over a month later. Tim didn't seem too apologetic about the damage. After a week of prodding, Tim came back out to repair a leak that was spraying water all over my porch. When it started leaking again the following day, Tim did not respond to my messages or emails. He told me 4 different times that he was coming to get it fixed yet he never showed up. VERY POOR follow up! I finally gave up and tried to get it fixed myself. I have never dealt with any professional who was so poor at communicating with their customer. It was almost to the point of being ridiculous. This is a response to the company's response to my review. Tim came out to fix the major leak by putting the faulty nozzle back on the drip line. The nozzle came right back out of the drip line after Tim left and the leak continued. Tim informed me 4 different times that he would be out to fix the problem via text message. He never came, I was never called by the company and to this day the problem still exists and the company has not contacted me. I spent $2000 on this project and I have been abandoned.
Response by Phoenix Valley Tree Service: We apologies for the lack of communication that you feel you have received, however many lines were repaired at no cost or little additional costs, even though another company (trees) seemed to create some of the issues. We have never been given information to the service that did the trees in order to attempt to get on same page and rectify all the issues that may or may not have been caused due to drip irrigation replacements.
