Mike and his team are the best in the business. First and foremost, they are trustworthy. They are very talented and do high quality work. We have used them on several large projects at two different properties and have always been happy with their work.

I hire Picture Perfect Home Improvements for a kitchen remodel, and I am ecstatic with how beautiful it turned out. Mike worked with the design team to create a beautiful kitchen yet was still able to stay within our budget. The team has been an absolute pleasure to work with and any time we have a question, concern, or change in plan and has immediately addressed it and made all anxiety disappear. While our timeline has stretched a bit beyond where we anticipated, I am very pleased with our choice in Picture Perfect Home Improvements and I recommend anyone who has remodeling needs to give them a call.

Picture Perfect did what their name says. My Bathroom is truly picture perfect now. Before I contacted them we had a bathroom in our house that was very outdated. Leaky tub that was always backing up after, damaged to our window and tile from years the water hitting it in the shower. Plus the homemade looking vanity and pink sink was just gross. They no only fixed the clogs in the drainage to our main outlet but transformed our bathroom into a great part of our home. New tile and marble shower with a light and working vent that really removes the steam in the bathroom. Thank you Mike and team for the great work.

Very polite, clean and professional. They completely refinished our basement and added a full bathroom which wasn't even stubbed in. I hate dealing with contractors and having people in my house and they were wonderful. So good we are planning our next project. Highly recommend them.

I had a number of problems with this company. I have hired many contractors over the years, and PPHI was the worst experience we've had. First, an official contract was never signed off on before the beginning of the job, and only later, as part of a dispute settled through mediation, was a contract signed off by PPHI via insertion of a digitized signature image. Not having a contract signed by both parties before work begins is a violation of Virginia law. As for the work, the three biggest problems were drywall workmanship, trim carpentry errors and the inability to properly build and finish a wood stairwell railing. Also, a roofing contractor later criticized the workmanship on a skylight installation that was done by a Picture Perfect subcontractor.

I usually don't respond to surveys, but I was especially happy with this company. I had a great response from them and they were always great at following up with me. The price was a little high but it was worth it.

They were very quick with their response, and they were here right away to fix the leaky roof. Their prices were pretty straight forward; great value.
