Addition to Existing Structure Building Service
The estimate process was positive. They had good suggestions and a nice vision for our project. We felt the work quality was good, not great. They were a little sloppy (for example they installed a pocket door with a handle on only one side. also, the handle protrudes so it does not close all the way. Sliding doors, in my experience, are not supposed to have protruding handles. We had to alert them that the light switches were installed upside down. Their cleanup was very poor. Our garage will have to be cleaned and they left debris on our driveway. They were also careless about keeping our doors closed. Our pets got outside twice. We are satisfied with the work because it is a mudroom but I will not be hiring them for our next project in a more prominent part of our house. if you hire them, ask for a materials estimate as well. They went over budget.
