Camilo and Luis are fantastic plumbers. I manage several vintage apartment properties and always use Camilo and Luis at Pinnacle Plumbing for our routine jobs such as faucet repair and replacements, clogged bathroom/kitchen drains, water heater and gas wall heater replacement. One of the biggest jobs that we had to do was a complete sewer pipe replacement underground of our large vintage Victorian building. This involved excavating through the foundation and under the sidewalks to repair and replace sewer pipes that connect to the City sewage laterals. Luis and Camilo did a wonderful job of not only making the replacements and repairs, but we’re very empathetic to not disturb the tenants, with a focus on safety and good customer experience. They coordinated the entire large project from getting the permits to supervising the other subcontractors who had to excavate through concrete and also replace the concrete upon the jobs conclusion. You’ll be in good hands with Pinnacle! 👍🏼

We had a shower emergency and needed help fast. Luckily, Luis was able to help us quickly and promptly. He was able to locate the issue with our shower valve and replace it in no time at all. He was very professional, and tidy, making sure that there was no mess left behind. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. If I have any future plumbing problems I will be sure to call Luis with Pinnacle Plumbing Inc. He was fantastic!

Pinnacle plumbing came out promptly to unclog my kitchen sink that was clogged. The plumber was very knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward. Excellent service he cleaned up very well once he was done. Problem was solved and haven’t had a problem. Highly recommended.

We had a clogged drain that caused a mess in our home. Camilo/Luis from Pinnacle Plumbing reached out to me promptly and were super helpful and even came out on a Sunday morning to help take care of it right away. Luis was so thorough when he looked at the problem and offered some recommendations for a future long term fix. He was even patient with my little boys who kept coming to see his work. I found out that not only are they completely competent in their jobs, but they are also raised locally in my neighborhood. Would love to support them with any and all of our future needs. Luis was so nice and knowledgeable, I had to replace my very outdated water heater and had no idea for a long time that this was the issue. Luis came and provided an affordable price and went over all the different options and approaches we could take. I really appreciate his urgency to help us with this issue, his willingness to educate us about the safest and most cost friendly options. I definitely will be using Pinnacle Plumbing for any plumbing issue I have in the future!
