The 2 guys were a little reluctant to put in any extra effort. Even though it was late Friday afternoon, a little more effort and a willingness to do an excellent job rather than just a good one would have earned them an excellent rating.

Perhaps you would be willing to share with me how we can improve our "effort" so we can address these issues on our next meeting? Feel free to call me and we can talk about ways to improve your customer experience. Please know that we do our best to screen all of our customers calls so we can allocate the appropriate amount of time needed at each job. Unfortunately, due to the unpredictable nature of some repairs, as with any service provider similar to ours, we can run behind. This by no means excuses anyone from providing top notch service. Gilbert and Miguel were very conscientious and good. They worked very hard to locate my sprinkler valves (in very inclement weather), and stuck with it until they found them. (The valves were overgrown by grass and sod and very difficult to locate.) The guys were good at communicating what they were doing and answering all my questions. They replaced one of my electrical valves and showed me how to winterize the system. I'm very pleased with the service and the price was very reasonable!

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
