My hot water heater went out Wednesday before Thanksgiving. The owner contacted me immediately after I messaged. And said he would come out Friday AM to give an estimate. He arrived on time and gave me a bid comparable with other non-emergency bids in our area. He installed the new water heater on Saturday mourning before 9AM and we had hot water by 10AM.

Ryan was awesome, and I will totally refer him to friends and family! Our pipe broke outside, and it was spraying water everywhere. Our yard was flooding, and we had to shut the water off. I googled for pipe repair, and it was after 6:00 pm on a Friday. When I initially called Ryan, I had not shared that we had to cut the water off, and he had advised that he could come in the morning. But when I told him we had to shut the water off, he said okay and headed right over even though he had wrapped up for the day. He not only fixed the issue, but he was thorough in waiting to test his work and ensure his fix worked. He then went on to show us how to turn the water off easier for the next time. He had a great personality and attitude and was very knowledgeable and effective. Other companies had quoted days later despite knowing we had to turn the water off. Ryan's compassion was really appreciated. I would Highly recommend Ryan with "Plumb Crazy" company. ð   He turned what could have been a VERY bad weekend into a happy result.
