I agreed to the cost then after he cut the pipes he asked for $200 in cash ro finish the job.

Andy and Ben were fantastic to work with. Andy gave me a bid that, while a little high, was appropriate for the complexity of the job. They are incredibly professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend them for any plumbing work you have.

I can't recommend these guys enough! Andy and his apprentice son Ben have truly been a blessing in my life. Not only have they done a tremendous job on a laundry list of tasks, these two gentlemen are the epitome of upstanding, big hearted guys who go out of their way to treat people with kindness and graciousness. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat but they've done such a great job in my home - their services here won't be needed for another generation. I WILL however use them to come do preventative maintenance on an annual basis. Here's a list of all the things they've done for me: 1) New water heater 2) New water softener (did not exist before now) 3) New emergency shut off values under all sinks in house (did not exist before now; was not up to code and had to be addressed before selling) 4) Replace existing main water shut off value to house as well as laundry values for sink and washing machine; new steel lined washing machine hoses 5) Replace filter on humidifier that is built into my heating system 6) Replace garbage disposal 7) Replace kitchen sink faucet and sprayer 8) Replace sink faucets in lower level bathroom, main bathroom, and vanity in master bedroom 9) Replace shower/tub fixtures and rough-in valve 10) Replace toilet in two bathrooms 11) New reverse osmosis filter system under kitchen sink that will serve all kitchen cooking and drinking water plus ice machine in fridge

For a simple leak in upstairs bathroom sink, I had to pay an exorbitant charge of $567 for a new fixture. The guys tried to charge me more for what else they could do, but I told them to stop.
