PM Heating & Air Conditioning

Patick did what he said he would do when he would do it. We were impressed with him and his son that came out with him on Saturday to help him. He referred us to an electrian to come out and do the electrical part of the job. They had us with heat from Thursday night to Monday morning and we had gas logs to hold us over but the electrician called on Saturday to make sure we were not cold. Great service from all.

Patrick was prompt, professional, and thorough, not to mention a very congenial fellow. During his visit he took the time to explain each step he was doing so that the customer was better informed. Wow, that doesn't happen often. Due to my time constraints, I had to go with another company. I certainly would recommend Patrick to anyone. Top shelf all the way.

PM Heating & Air Conditioning is awesome. He came in a timely fashion , found the problem , part & did the repair in the same day. Also , he was willing to return on Thanksgiving day if we had any problems. He was fast , knowledgeable & friendly.

Patrick arrived on time and serviced my unit. He explained the services that he performed and discussed the reasons as to why the unit was not performing as expected. He called the next day to see if I was pleased with his service and volunteered to return the next day to tweak the system a little more. He again arrived as expected and looked at the unit. I do not have a very expensive unit but when he left it was cooling at an optimum level. And again he called to see if I was satisfied with the service. Patrick is a professional.
