Highly professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Replaced a huge (4T) central AC unit and accessories in 1 day for a very reasonable price. Saved ma A LOT of money in comparison with Home Depot.

They potentially saved me $1800. The other service companies that quoted me were in and out and quickly diagnosed my problem as a major part replacement. Steve came in and spoke to me while troubleshooting the problems I had and listening to what the others diagnosed. He decided based on what I had said to check the filter. (I had moved in during the winter and hadn't thought to replace it), Steve pulled it out and it was completely covered in dust and debris which could potentially cause the problem I was having! I was charged the service call only as I had the filter on hand. Hopefully this solves my problem of water leaking, if it doesn't I know who to call to give me honest service. Thanks again.

Polar Air! great family owned, father and son business. reminds me of my dad and i, and our company years ago.... anyway my Hvac died around its 20th birthday so steve and his son replaced it in 2 days. hey Californians 2 days is super fast. new hvac is way quieter and super efficient compared to the relic that passed away. guess im not going to Turks and Caicos till next year
