I had an unusual experience with Pond's Plumbing; I don't think my experience was typical. I hired Pond's to fix our house humidifier. The first technician that was sent was unable to fix it. He kept saying, this is was the problem and I fixed it, then five minutes later, "It's still not working. Now it's a different problem." He went to Home Depot twice to buy different parts. I paid him when he left even though it was not fixed yet. He also did not turn on the furnace when he left so we thought our furnace wasn't working after he left. The next day I asked Pond's to send a different technician to figure out why the furnace wasn't working and to fix the humidifier. (Thankfully it was just that the furnace switch needed to be turned on.) The second technician was wonderful. He seemed much more confident in fixing the issues and did it in a timely manner. He didn't charge me any more for the second visit. The end result was good. The office assistants I spoke with were very understanding and supportive. I just wish I hadn't had the experience with the first technician. If the second tech had been sent the first time I would have had a completely different experience.

Pond's customer service was outstanding. Megan in the office was a pleasure to deal with, and Jerry did an excellent installation. He was also friendly and professional. I'll definitely use them again.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
