Excellent Customer Service - from my initial phone call to the final execution of payment, all the team members that were involved, (Joe, Amy & Elijah), were excellent. Joe kept in touch after my initial call, and did not harass but reminded me that his teams' services were there if I chose them. Most important, he remembered that my family experienced a major life event and he asked about that first and foremost. That is true kindness. The price seemed a little higher than others so I checked others out, but when it came time to actually have the job done, I stuck with Pop-A -Lock, because they committed to a price where the other companies were constantly changing the prices. I did end up paying more than expected/quoted due to additional work that was needed, but I felt Elijah was being honest and he already admitted that the original quote was incorrect, but he stayed with it - honorable in my eyes. The additional fees were unexpected and something I totally agreed to without any pressure. Amy was kind when answering the phone and routing the call on a Sunday morning :) Elijah was phenomenal! Friendly, he knows his stuff, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. A professional at all times. He is definitely someone who is willing to do what it takes to make it happen. My key was stuck in the ignition of an old car. Many people told me to just force it out - thankfully I didn't. I hired a team that knows what to do, how to do it and for a price that is realistic. Thank you to Pop-A-Lock for being there on a Sunday afternoon and helping me out. For helping people out who have no idea what to do - YOU saved the day. Elijah, you were wonderful!
