We have been working in the Omaha community for several years and now have the opportunity to serve you as Power Crew. We have formed this company to do something that no other electrical contractor in Omaha has done yet; specialize and use the majority of our resources to serve Omaha’s homeowners to meet all of your residential electrical needs exclusively for electrical service and repair. Power Crew is your Omaha Nebraska-based electrical contracting company specializing in quality customer service for homeowners and small businesses. We offer complete electrical services for your home or business. Our electricians offer services that include installing, maintaining or repairing: switches, outlets, can lighting, ceiling fans, phone, cable TV, networking, electrical panels, landscape and holiday lighting, basement finishes, home theater, generators and much more. I hired them to install 2 outlets, one for a microwave and another outlet in our family room. They said the microwave outlet would be on a dedicated circuit with ground fault outlet. The installer didn?t use a dedicated circuit, but instead used the kitchen light switch. The charge for dedicated circuit was $224. The family room outlet was tapped into a junction box in the laundry room. The installer cut an opening in the paneled wall for box and then drilled a hole from the laundry room. He missed the box by 10 inches. He then drilled from the box to the laundry room and hooked up the outlet. Because paneling was damage and we weren?t sure what we needed to do to repair the wall he didn?t complete the outlet install. The charge for the outlet install was $172. It took 5 months to repair the paneled wall. The paneling was made from old growth trees back in the 70?s and it was impossible to find the same paneling anywhere in the country. We tried staining new paneling to match but it just didn?t look right. Eventually we decided to use the existing paneling to cover where the holes was but only have it 4 ft high. We cut the rest of the paneling on that wall to match. The final bill from the Power Crew was $584. Because they didn?t use a dedicated circuit I deducted $224. I paid $397, which I thought was more than fair. Now they are trying to collect an additional $187 they say I owe them. I asked them to come to the house and inspect the job but they refused and said their lawyers would contact me through a collection agency, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TRY TO SCREW YOU ANY WAY THEY CAN!

We deeply empathize with the feelings of our customers and their situations and there are times where we make mistakes. Most often there are times where there is a miscommunication or some other kind of misunderstanding. We have a long-standing business history that has served thousands of customers in our area over the years and we know that the more customers we serve that there could be a possibility of more negative experiences. Some of the biggest service or utility companies in our area have hundreds of negative reviews. We do not want a negative experience.

Amazing customer service on the job. Amazing work done. Late to the job though based on the estimated time frame given. Then terrible phone number and voicemail system. No company name on voicemail and I was afraid they might be no call, no show.

I have been trying to get a switch, outlet, and a fixture installed on my patio for a year! I used HomeAdvisor and today I got my estimate, which I thought was a little expensive however, he mentioned that this weather was really putting him behind. Since my job was mostly inside or under cover, I would accept his offer if he could do my job today. Well I got my outlet, switch,and fixture all done in an outstanding manner. I highly recommend the Power Crew for all your electrical needs

Wasn’t aware prior to job that the city requires permits and inspection of work completed. The job cost more than I had anticipated but overall safety is very important.
